Post-event massage helps aid mental and physiological recovery and repair; the massage will aim to reduce the production of cytokines and therefore inflammation to allow muscles to recover quicker and stimulate mitochondria – increasing glucose conversion in the muscle cells.

Dry Cupping

Dry cupping treatment is a traditional Chinese therapy that has been practised for more than 2,000 years. During Cupping treatment cups are placed and then suctioned onto the skin. The air inside the cup creates a vacuum that draws the skin and muscle upwards into the cup.
