We are in a world that can get so incredibly busy that it can be easy to fall into bad habits and not take time for ourselves. I’m a great believer that both our physical and emotional wellbeing are interchangeable and vital to our overall health, (whichever brought you here today) investing in your wellbeing is the best gift you can give to yourself. I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness and was inspired to understand more about the body; how it works and how we can best take care of ourselves… For me, the best way to achieve optimal health and wellbeing is to create rituals into your lifestyle that keep you being the healthiest, strongest most powerful version of yourself. I obtained my level 3 sports massage therapy qualification with the sports massage academy and then went onto qualify in various holistic massages with the school of fine-tuning. I’m passionate about keeping up with the latest research and continuing my development with regular training days.
